White wednesday- Fragments from the past

There's just something about black and white or sepia that modern colour cannot even come close to. It captures the moment and creates its own mood.I have a lot of my modern photos converted to black and white. Here are some fragments of time captured on film and wearing white !

Ohhh, sooo yummy, I'm trying to catch up on your past post today, I love B&W photos too! All of the pics in our living room (and there's a lot)are black and white, and I stare at them all the time, and every time I have a look I see something different. I totally aggree that they offer what modern color does not. And your God daughter...oh my goodness, what a lucky lucky woman you are. I would give any thing for just a glimpse of chubby baby fingers right now and a little squeeze would send me over the moon!
